Yes! In fact, it's a great way for you to learn about yourself, what your body can do, and exercise and fitness, as you'll have someone knowledgeable teaching you right from the start!
Not if you don't want to! An important goal for me is that you're comfortable. That means if you prefer to workout outside, I have plans for you. I also provide online consultations for at home workouts. Understand though, that gym training does have great benefits and can accelerate goals, challenge yourself, and build more gains. It is also cheaper than buying a ton of equipment for home.
It all depends on you! I will go at your pace to help you reach your goals. How fast we do that depends on the time and effort you put in! It is also important that everyone's progress is different and unique to them. We do not compare or compete with one another in our club. Everyone is learning and growing and supporting each other along the way.
Absolutely! My calling is to women and they are definitely my priority, but I welcome everyone. There are men who can very well benefit from joining the club. Such benefits include learning more about their own bodies, learning new skills and techniques to add to their own routines, build strength and mass in areas that they usually do not train (i.e. those legs), and simply just switching things up.
Listen, I get it! You're already doing your thing and seeing results. I offer classes, my services, and design my programs for individuals wanting to learn more about how to reach their goals, those who have gotten "stuck" and needs help and support getting back in the swing of things, those who are open to learning new techniques and challenges to aid in their own growth, those wanting to work on their form, and those that just want to switch things up and be a part of a club that uplifts each other. By being a part of a team or club, these individuals are able to have accountability partners and they are able to learn and grow with other like-minded individuals. Individuals who are a part of a club/team are more likely to stay consistent, return to class, and look forward to their next sessions. It just works, ma'am!
Understand that when you sign up for personal training services, anywhere, you are doing so under your own free will and understanding that risks are involved. Though the goal is safety first, the company is not liable or responsible in the event of an injury or damage to personal property, as agreed upon during initial sign up.
If you have high blood pressure (hypertension), diabetes, arthritis, osteoporosis, or any other comorbidity, please seek clearance from your physician first. It is highly recommended that you consult a physician for clearance before starting any fitness programs. This also goes for if you have any restrictions, limitations, or chronic conditions. Always get clearance from your doctor or licensed personnel first. After clearance has been established, set up a consult with me to ensure a program that is in alignment with your needs.
