My brand is structured around "Bloom" because it is all about blooming, transforming, and healing from the inside out. To 'bloom' means to flourish or thrive into beauty, freshness, or excellence; to mature into achievement of one's potential.
In order for a flower to bloom into its fullest potential, it has to be watered and cared for. Our bodies work in this same manner. We have to form healthy habits (physically, emotionally, spiritually, and mentally) and feed it healthy food in order for it to thrive and bloom into its beautiful potential.
I want to teach you what you need to know and help you understand that you have full control of your transformation. I will help with my services, support, and guidance, but it is ultimately up to you.
With years of success, studying, and experience, I have created programs that build from your starting point in order to help you reach your goals safely and effectively. My programs are not designed to "get fit quick". They are progressive in order to allow your body adequate time to adapt, recover, grow, and build. You can expect all training to include a guide for healthy eating and an exercise program designed to ensure the best results. I will work with you to keep you on track and motivated to reach your goals.
When you train with me, you will not just get a trainer telling you what to do and how to do it. I want you to lean on me for help, support, and understanding for what works for your lifestyle and body. But my goal is to teach you until you have bloomed into your best self and become strong enough to continue on your own.
Our bodies are our vehicles through this life. How we treat our bodies and what we put in our bodies are directly connected to our quality and quantity of life.
I understand that adapting new fitness and healthy habits are difficult and often times harder to stick to.
My goal is to change your view on fitness, health, and wellness, so that it becomes a part of who you are and your daily lifestyle.
I want to give my clients the knowledge and tools to be able to live better, healthier, and more fit lives.
I strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits and pour into yourself, you will be able to obtain and maintain a healthy lifestyle. So I aim to help my clients embrace and overcome hurdles, in order to learn about their bodies, learn what their bodies are capable of, and learn how to love themselves inside, out.
